(Requires System restore or Genuine Windows CD)

We offer two types of system restore services; Drop off Service and Over the Phone Service.

Drop Off Service

We will restore you computer to its original state with your System Restore disc for a flat rate of $150. If you only have your Microsoft Windows CD we will restore your computer for $150 plus $50 per hour that it takes to locate original drivers and software for your computer (min of ½ hour). You can usually pick your computer up within 24 hours of the drop off time.

Over the Phone Service*

We can also walk you thru restoring your computer over the phone.  This is a nice way for the customer to learn how to restore your computer yourself and save money in the future.  This can be done for a flat rate of $50 per hour.

Backup Service**

This service is handy for customers who would like to preserve files (Music, Video, Photos, Work, exc...) when your computer is restored.  We will backup your data on DVDs for the flat rate of $30 per DVD.
